Christmas 2017

Look at this gem that Kaitlyn wrote about Eric.  So cute!

"The important thing about my dad is he likes the Dallas Cowboys.

It's true that he likes taking us to McDonalds. He likes to go to work. He also is the boss.

But the important thing about dad is he likes the Dallas Cowboys."

Here are some pictures from Hailey's holiday party at Rainbow Station.

We did some holiday crafts, including a gingerbread house.

Kaitlyn wanted a Baby Alive and was really cute learning how to play with her. You give her water and she cries!

Here is the haul that Santa brought the girls.

We assembled some legos

Hailey got this blanket from grandma and it is definitely a favorite!

Eric's cousin Katherine sent the girls these PJ's and they were a hit!

We spent the afternoon at the Pearl Farmer's Market with the Cases and Gilmores

It was a great Christmas.

JW at the Holidays

We had our annual Christmas stay at the JW during December. A good time was had, of course.  Here the girls were standing in front of a huge gingerbread house. It was amazing!

And the reindeer made an appearance too.

I brought some crafts to keep the girls occupied while we waited for the Case's.

And here they all were waiting for Santa and Mrs. Claus to arrive. After doing this for a few years we have learned to be there early! And to bring alcohol... oh and of course movies and tv shows on your phone :)

The girls were so cute dancing to the live music.

It's hard to make out but this is Kaitlyn posing in front of the giant Christmas tree.

For the first time we stayed a little longer on Sunday. We participated in the rubber duck race. The girls got to color a duck and then they placed all the ducks in the lazy river to see which one's won. Kaitlyn was quite upset that she couldn't see her duck and was upset that it was lost. But thank goodness they found her duck! Here is Hailey and her duck:

And this is Brentton trying to corral the girls. I think they were antsy but the adults weren't quite ready to go back to reality.

We also spent some time (and too much money) in the arcade.

We will be back next year!

SeaWorld at the Holidays

Eric's Christmas party was at SeaWorld in 2017. It was cool to walk around and see the decorations but it was COLD! But how cute is this girl:

Hailey was shy and wouldn't get out of the stroller but that didn't stop the Lead Elf in the Sesame Street Live show from joining her!

And I had to pose with her so she would get next to "Rosita"

But as you can see, they still enjoyed themselves!
